Brilliant service! Everything was easy and went smoothly, we loved the open and close barrier/pedestrian button juat from using our phone which made it super convenient.

A Parking Nightmare with JustPark
The real trouble began when I tried to leave the garage at 17:50. I used the app to open the gate, but once in my car, it wouldn’t budge. Worse, I had no phone signal. After contacting the intercom operator, I was told my time had expired, even though my booking was valid until 18:30. Despite explaining, he refused to open the gate and suggested I pay again.
With no signal in the garage, I struggled to reach JustPark. When I finally did, they asked for my booking reference – impossible to provide without reception. Their solution? Go back and show the operator the booking. After multiple failed attempts to connect JustPark with the intercom operator, both hung up on me.
A line of cars built up behind me, and when the gate opened, I feared it might shut again or that the operator would falsely report me. I called the police, feeling held against my will. Finally, the operator appeared in person, asked for my booking, and after confirming it, let me go.
Moments later, I received a text from JustPark reminding me my booking would expire in 10 minutes – exactly as I had told them. This stressful, humiliating experience could have been avoided with a bit of common sense and professionalism. I’ll be reconsidering my use of JustPark going forward.

Great once you find it!
No problem getting into the car park but trying to get out once you’ve parked is a bit of a pain. Message on exit door talks about a pin sent by SMS. I didn’t get anything so not sure if somebody saw us on camera and realised we couldn’t get out and kindly opened the door… said to park in bays 101-108… the numbers only went up to 80 something so we just parked anywhere. I think we were the only car in the whole car park. On return a very nice security man helped us again with the door. Apart from the little issues, it’s a really good secure car park for exploring Canary Wharf etc. Would use again as it works out cheaper than the train for 4 people.
