The parking garage was conveniently located for my needs and easy to access. My only complaint is that the place smelt strongly of urine (which I imagine is hard to avoid in Central London) and it wasn't clear how to exit/enter by foot once I'd parked my car. Otherwise, very happy.

The entry to this car park is WAY TOO NARROW!! It cannot safely be negotiated by any but the smallest of cars without the aid of a competent lookout. The car park itself is not in a good condition and smells like a urinal

Positives first - the car was safe and untouched when we returned and the price was good (I mean, it's still a lot of money, but compared to other nearby prices it's good)
Negatives - the car park is close to impossible to get into. It's a horrendously tight turn to get into the entrance and then you've got a stupidly narrow space to fit your car between the wall and the barrier. We now have a lovely scratch on the side of the car and judging by the state of said wall and barrier, most people have done the same. Once you negotiate your way through the entrance you'll find the narrowest spaces I've come across. Then when you step out of the car the whole car park stinks of wee.
Overall, I wouldn't bother using this car park again unless I was in a compact car and I wasn't bothered about the paintwork.

Very hard to find, not well signposted. Extremely hard to get in to and out of - and I only drive a mini.

Roads closed so unable to access the car park, and had to find somewhere else to park.
Just Park were really helpful, and refunded the cost straight away.
