As folks have mentioned previously, it is a tight entry into the car park. 4x4 would struggle to fit in, but anything else other than 4x4 and a touring will fit no problem.
Also download JustPark app and then you will be able to open the barrier from the app directly without the need to punch in a code.

Couldn’t get into parking garage

Entering car park is extremely awkward angle and tight for anything other than very small vehicles. (I have a vw Passat) very tight to get through entrance gap between open gate and pillar. Something should be adjusted with main gate to allow opening slightly more.
Spaces are also very tight. Not recommended, found main gate to be left open on returning to vehicle in the afternoon. It's clear now why this is the cheapest carpark in the area.

Good experience.
However need a plaque to show how pedestrians can open the gate to exit (after parking). And theycode to use, even if it’s to say you can use car exit code as supplied.
We worried that if we used the car exit code, it would not work later, when existing with car.luckily a hotel worker came in so we darted out!

Very tight and awkward to enter. The actual parking space is also very, very tight I had to exit via passenger side. I wouldn't park here again.

The entrance was difficult to find and not clearly marked it was also very awkward and tight with very narrow entry between gate and central pillar to get into the car park and there were very few actual spaces. When we arrived there was only one space available which had overhead pipe that the car wouldn't fit in. Luckily someone left so space became available but to park in it everyone had to get out and had to leave car stuck out to enable exit from drivers door. The exit from car park was also difficult having to put wing mirrors in to get through exit. Would not recommend this car park to anyone unless driving a small car.
