Car Park on St Martin's Street, WC2H 7HA

Had a terrible job trying to find this place and when I did I couldn't believe how tight it was to get the car through the single gates ,I am a experienced driver and have been driving since I was 16 ,I am 52 years old now and drive for a living, I would a avoid this place unless you want to pay for bodywork to your vehicle after trying to get in and out ,

The sat-nav directions didn't work because of road closure. This was explained by owner, but his instructions were not available, when doing the journey. The mobile signal in the area was very poor, making connections with just park impossible. I would recommend printing instructions, before using the app. I had to telephone Just Park to gain access, as I couldn't redeem the instructions, when getting close, I spent an extra hour gaining access.

Because of building works at the National Gallery, the entrance to Whitcomb St from Pall Mall East is intermittently closed to traffic. So you have to access the car park from Orange St and the top of St Martins St. St Martins St is very narrow and a van/lorry coming the other way will block the road. There is a pillar in the middle of the car park entrance - and the turn into the car park entrance from St Martins St (southbound) is very tight indeed. We only just managed it in a very small car. Once in the car park, the parking spaces are difficult to access because of pillars and the generally tight spacing. But the car park is in a good location and gated. I would probably not choose to park here again until it is accessible from Whitcomb St (2025?) where the turn into the car park is more forgiving.

First time I used the app and I have to say, it was very positive experience. I was looking for a secure location to park my van in central london over night and having read all the reviews of cars being broken into in the area (multi store public parking), I wasn't too confident! This carpark is gated so not everyone can access it. Gate can be opened with your phone via the app which is really handy. Overall, very happy. No damage to the vehicle at all and had a good night sleep after a busy day;) The only bad thing was the strong smell of urine everywhere but it's not because people use it as a toilet I think. This is probably caused leaking pipes from everything above as all the plumbing is below the building in the parking area. One important thing you should be aware of... size matters! Anything longer than short wheelbase VW Transporter or a long saloon car may be tricky to get in as the entry to it is tight. The concrete pillar in the middle looks like a rainbow and has a lot of car paint on it left by those who didn't make it. Go wide, reverse and you should fit in just fine. 2m height restriction too!

should really let people know how tight getting in and out the car park would be for larger cars. I have coursed a lot of damage to the side of my car and alloy wheels because it was nearly impossible to get into the car park without doing so

Address on the booking took us somewhere 15 minutes away from actual location. Managed to find the carpark after an hour of driving round (which made us 30mins late for the theatre show we were attending). Once we found the carpark it was almost impossible to get in in a big car as there is a column right in the middle of the entry. Similarly, the spaces were too small. My car is a 4x4 Ford Kuga so not massive, we had to park over the line to fit the car into the only available space that was mostly blocked by yet another column. The location was idea and the carpark was password protected so seemed safe enough. Shame it wasn't suitable for our needs and was so hard to find.

Due to road closures and diversions and coming from out of town made things a little tricky. But this not the owners fault. When using again will leave extra time. Thank you

Don't park here its very difficult to find plus the parking spots are so narrow and its does not look safe as the car park is not manned by security. Pay more to park elsewhere!!!!
