Car Park on St Martin's Street, WC2H 7HA

Space is quite difficult to get to due to the roads around the area and turning into the gates is very tight and extremely narrow. Very little space once inside and tight spaces too.

Owner could & should have provided info that usual route into St Martins St is blocked and that direction of one way of travel on St Martins St has been reversed temporarily. Eg there is no access to Whitcomb St from Pall Mall. Also, only one space was left with a very low ceiling/ pipe which my (low-slung) car fitted under by 2 inches. But many other cars would not have been able to park.

Like what the other users said, it's difficult to drive into the carpark, takes me 4 hands to successfully drive in. Dont ever risk that if you are driving something bigger than an e class! More than that, it has a terrible smell in the carpark, full of sour, pissy smell! The only good thing is the relatively cheap price at that location

Horrendous Experience for a Wheelchair User I had an absolutely horrendous experience. As a wheelchair user, I found the accessibility shocking. The keypad entrance and exit were almost impossible to use, and the entrance itself was poorly designed. There’s a large post right in the middle of the path, making it extremely difficult to navigate, especially going down the hill to get in. When I finally got down there, there was no suitable parking space. The available spaces had low-hanging pipes and ceilings, which were extremely dangerous for my wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Despite booking in advance, it was a struggle to find a spot where I could safely exit my vehicle, and the entire process was both frightening and stressful. The underground layout felt unsafe and as though it might damage my car. If I’d known about these issues beforehand, I wouldn’t have paid for this parking. While the location is close to Trafalgar Square and convenient in that sense, the lack of accessibility and the need for assistance just to enter and exit made it a nightmare. The only saving grace was the kindness of strangers who helped me late at night when I was stuck in this dark, inaccessible, and frankly scary car park. It’s not suitable for anyone with a height vehicle or accessibility needs, and I cannot recommend it.

It was easy to find, thanks to your good directions. However, in order to enter you are faced with a sharp left turn into the very narrow entrance, which has a metal gate holder on the left and a concrete column at the centre, meaning there was less than half an inch to spare on either side. But for a kind passer-by, I would have had great difficulty in entering without a possible scrape. However, departure was easier as you approach the exit from a straight upward slope.
