Rip off merchant no access to car park and still charged me without a refund. Missed my show as I waited half hour trying to gain access no help from the useless just park over the phone !

I paid for the space on the 13th, when I arrived to park on the 15th the gate wouldn't open until I paid again.
Therefore I had to pay twice for this space
