run away if you can. All super complicated. gate doesn't open from the app as they explained in the instructions. had to call, they gave me a code which was not the right one either. when customer service managed to open remotely, there was another gate/shutter also closed. had to call again. when you finally park your car, the challenge is to find the pedestrian exit - there isn't one. no signs indicating anything. and had to go through all this again when I went to pick up the car. 20 min on hold for them to try to open the gate again, remotely. overall, a nightmare, not worth the money and lots of time wasted that I will not have back!

Doors didn't work. Very tight space. Awful.

The parking space is very small, and there are many pillars on site. I failed to open the gate multiple times and had to call the contact person to assist in opening it.

Not easy to find. Spaces VERY small. person each side made it almost impossible to get out of the parking space as they had very large cars.
