The directions do not take you to the right place. There is a dead end and bollards which block the route. I finally spoke with the space owner who gave me detailed instructions. He also told me the space is mislabelled as '4A' which is why I had even more trouble finding it. The correct space is '149' so there is no way I would have found it. Finally, to further complicate things, there was a car parked in the space so I was unable to park there. I would like a full refund of the total cost.

The directions link takes to the wrong side of the bollards in the estate parking. The space is handy, just off Bethnal Green Road with an easy cut through, but I spent half an hour going in circles along one-way streets to get access to the spot. I would use again now I know how to get to it.
