Difficult to find a space, signs everywhere and dead ends.. Also, I had to call up when leaving as my registration wasnt recognised and it was trying to charge me to leave.

Easy to find a space to park and extremely convenient for St Pancras Station. We ,accidentally, left passenger side window open and this was mentioned to us upon leaving. Vigilant staff with safe and secure parking.

ANPR didn't work to open barrier but the attendant could not have been more helpful.

Unable to provide proof to attendant due to lack of signal on mobile. Pre-paid but was still showing a charge on the ticket. What's the point of pre-paying having given my reg number and nothing to show for when leaving the car park???? Not impressed
