The car park is poorly signposted (inside). Many of the bays are allocated to hire car companies. We found what appeared to be a suitable, unmarked space, but were again moved out by a hire company rep. There was no marking on or above the bay- but told we’d be fined if we stayed in the space. The car park anpr did not recognise the vehicle and would have been charged twice had we not realised and found the attendant (who was helpful). It took 20 mins to park and leave because of the above!

If you book your space on the same day of parking you will need to speak with the parking attendant to exit. However they were very friendly and helpful and we had no issues with the car park.
If you book in advance there is no issue, it's just that their parking system works on a 24hrs update so same-day bookings do not register.

I booked on line and was charged £28 for the hours from 6.45 to 11.45. However the tariff was £18.80.
I could have saved £10 if I didn’t book

I paid in advance for the parking. When arriving, my number plate was not recognised so I had to take a ticket at the barrier to enter. I thought that I would be able to exit without having g to pay further, however, I was charged again as it did not recognise my booking.
