Parking on Park Avenue, N22

The car park space was occupied, tried contacting the owner but there was no answer. I had to look for different car park space and was late to my meeting.

they left loads of concrete slabs and tree branches that were blocking the space so much that my passengers needed to get out to move things to be able to park and just about shut the gate

Parking space was extremely narrow and in puddles of thick mud. My husband and his white trainers were not impressed!

The parking space is good and is secure however it is very muddy. My car got stuck for a little bit as it is real wheel drive. The parking spot is in a prime location about 32nd walk from Alexandra Palace Station however the mud is really bad in the parking space.

When I got there another car was in my space. It was a very busy road so difficult to hang around waiting to find out what to do. 20 mins later a builder came and said it's his car. It was so stressful to move and sort out. The parking space was basically a rubbish dump. Very very muddy no hard surface. With all the junk quite tight to park. It was also advertised as 3 minutes to Alexander palace, reality was 17 mins according to google maps and All up hill I am disabled so I was not happy. I think I should get a refund.

The space was easy to find and was located a very short walk from Ally Pally station. The price is also good. However, due to the mud, wood and other stuff in the way I wasn't able to reverse into the space enough to close the gate. It's a medium-sized car. The car was fine when I got back though.
