Excellent smooth car park booking process. No jargan and endless questions. Straight to the point questions. ie: Parking start and end times, dates etc.. with instant parking costs.

Very hard to find we waisted a good hour just trying to find it using google maps, the parking place itself was great but the smell of pee was soo strong not a good look for this place the Automatic open and close was brilliant the entry also brilliant back in via the pad by the door just the smell and the directions still deserving of 5 stars but do somthing about the smell

Car park was well let and central to theatre land

Easy instructions. Secure parking. Could be cleaner as the space we parked next to smelt of urine!

Signs that the car park was being using as a public toilet. Rubbish and strong smell of urine.

Pedestrian access back to the car park would be beneficial.

Got there after being told suitable for vans arrived at midnight to find the height restrictions meant my disabled vehicle would not fit little troll at kiosk just looked at me laughed and said park or don't park I've requested a refund but not had any response as a disabled family left with nowhere to park in that area ended up getting parking ticket to the tune of £360 nice way to look after people Camden Council I would like someone from just park to contact me
