Pavilion Road, Knightsbridge Car Park

Disabled places were blocked by the attendant therefore I parked on first floor. It took me ages to get through with my rollator without touching any cars. Upon arrival barrier would not open, had to get a ticket. When I wanted to leave the attendant checked my Just Park receipt but it was not enough for him, he checked separately my allocated time which is fine. It would have been ideal if barrier had worked and disabled places were actually available without talking to anyone. I had to park here because I visited the Hungarian Consulate and for nothing else.

The barrier didn't work both ways. it was a real pain..please fix that.

On site staff member was extremely helpful when the on line system didn't work. All was very well so will use your service again xxx

Great location, attendant on hand that was very helpful.

Unable to attend as all major roads in the area were closed, preventing access to the location. I couldn't use the reserved parking space, resulting in a complete waste of both time and money. I strongly advise against using this parking spot.

The barrier took a couple of tries to work

The parking spot was almost impossible to locate. We had bad reception so it took forever to open the barriers. Also, if you pay at the specific location, it’s cheaper than online. Very disappointment with this app and feel cheated.

Excellent experience. A long day trip was made so much easier when parking was pre booked. Barrier scanning made it easier with no problems entering and leaving the car park

I came back to the car during the day and saw 2 men shining lights into the cars seeing what was inside. they ran off when they saw me but 1 came back a few.minutes later looking at the cars
