Nearest parking location with prices at a click of a button, wonderful!
The parking gate did not open on pressing the ‘open gate’ on the application, but that was easily sorted out with the car parking attendant.

Very tight parking spaces. Barrier didn't work on pressing button on app. Had to take ticket to gain entry and ask to be let out.

I never found the garage that day and ended up parking at a metered on street spot and then moving to another much further from where I needed to be when my parking limit was up.
There were road works and where it said the destination was it wasn’t there.

People should learn how to park before issuing parking pass. Most drivers used up 2 spaces for parking one car. Even after reserving space it was difficult to find a space. Had to run around a few times to find an empty space.

Parking was cancelled 12 hours before my booking and put back on the website for at over £100 more than I paid. Robbing company. Due to the short notice (I had made my booking months in advance to get it cheaper) I had to pay a lot more than I wanted to pay!
