Arrived with the chaos of traffic, and couldn't find space to start with. Parked up and found the space walking by, ran back and popped car at the space. Car was looked after so would definitely use again. Thank you

The biggest disappointment was the fact that parking space was in the area where resident permit is needed. I received penalty of £130 from the council for entering the area on Friday and another fine of £130 for leaving the area on Sunday.

This was given to me at the last minute when my original space I had booked had a rogue car in it. The directions given were totally confusing, I was given 2 addresses and 2 different postcodes as the parking space is actually the other side of a bolted gate. Typically I was given the wrong one, the route round to the other side takes a good 10 minutes. Avoid, the directions are as clear as mud!
