There were homeless people in this car park and it generally felt unkept , unsafe

the whole parking is covered with cigarete buds, urine, waste etc and smells horrible

Exit lane to leave car park is extremely narrow with a very tight turn round a concrete pillar. Almost impossible to avoid scraping off paintwork of a medium or larger sized vehicle.

Unfortunately on neither entry or exit the number plate of our car was recognised and we had to call the assistant because the provided QR code was not recognised either. Call assistant did not pick up right away on entry, luckily there were no cars entering behind us but experience was not great nevertheless.

I had trouble with registering on the just park app and I had payment issues on the app too however I managed to get a parking space booked. When I got to the car park the barrier opened and closed too quickly so I had to call support on the ticket machine and was waiting ages. This didn’t help when I was in a rush to get to my accomdation round the corner.
