This is a residential area!!! I was given a ticket by P4Parking after I had booked this space in June! P4Parking will not recognise your booking and JustPark will not refund you your money!!!

Booked for minibus as the description for this space implies that it is suitable for minibuses
Couldn't use the space as was not notified of height restriction which prevented me accessing the space. Most inconvenient

the parking is behind the properties, so you have to go over the foot way to the access entrance (photo from the app really helps). The parking spot has a camera pointed to it, so it's relatively safe (if the camera is working that is). But there are a lot of residents around all the time so it's a nice spot.
