Camfrey Court Car Park

Got there and all spots full, tried to rebook another spot and they are still selling spaces. Do not trust if going to an event and expecting heavy bookings

Was a little awkward to find from main road but once found, was fairly straightforward. Possible needs better signage but other than that, all good and would use again

All spaces were full there were no free spaces. It was not a designated private parking space and should not be listed on the app.

All spaces were full when we arrived and so had to find parking elsewhere. No access control or signage to indicate it was private parking, so looks to be freely used by the general public.

Despite booking in advance and following the guidance I have received a penalty notice for not displaying a valid permit. I was not advised by just park that I would need to display anything in my window. I have submitted an appeal but not sure yet on the outcome. Be warned. I'd suggest avoiding this car park tbh, very frustrating.

Far too expensive.

Hard to know which bays should be used, no sign of bay numbers.

From booking the parking spot too arriving and parking in the parking spot was very straight forward and easy. Telephone conversation, was answered with factual information, which put us at ease, whish helped us to enjoy our day.

The entrance was a little difficult to see from the road.

Good website - easy to locate available parking with price options, but the bays weren't numbered (as declared) and there were complaints from residents at us using one of their spaces.
