I paid on line booked space on trying to exit the car park I had to pay “ again” now have to go to the trouble of getting a refund!!!! System failure

No instructon s on how to use qcode to get out on foot and could not get in on foot because no instructions on q code use. had to wait for another car to open door and use vehicle access on foot

Have a 4x4 space having travelled up for a wedding perfect but luckily had no one either side but could have squeezed in if busy ,safe parking .

I ended up stranded in torrential rain with my two year old daughter because I wasn't send a QR code to access the car park. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I have a Q7 and can struggle in some London car parks. No problem at all at a park. Place was easy to find, enter and leave.
