I ended up stranded in torrential rain with my two year old daughter because I wasn't send a QR code to access the car park. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I have a Q7 and can struggle in some London car parks. No problem at all at a park. Place was easy to find, enter and leave.

We had trouble exiting the car park, the barrier didn't raise and we had to reverse and sort it out. The attendant who answered was very helpful.

I could not get out of the carpark, the barrier would not open. It took ages to get someone to respond, then the barrier kept dropping down before I could get out! Very frustrating!
