Easy to access parking. So close to New Southgate. Right in the middle of a residential area so your car feels super safe. A great little find when travelling in to avoid the train strike.

Great parking space, lovely quiet, fairly new looking residential estate, just away from all the hustle and bustle. 15-20 minute walk from Premier Inn New Southgate where I was staying, 5-10 minute walk from the retail park. Would definitely park here again if staying in this part London again.

Great space, perfect size for a small-medium car (a van may struggle for example). The directions provided were clear and easy to follow. A great price too. Just outside the ULEZ, but walking distance to it.
