Parking on Robinson Road, SW17

A little on the small size- just fitted in

BEWARE- parking small is ONLY for x-small cars- ie fiat 500, i10 and even that will be a squeeze. Not IDEALLY small cars as description states. I just about fit my VW polo today and and that was going really close to the house and I was over hanging onto the pavement. VW golf size or bigger won't fit and you (the wheels) will hang over onto the pavement. The description is not accurate. Won't use again. Waste of money.

Parking space very small and only suits small car, so I was unable to use it.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review but the description of this parking space is not quite appropriate. It says the space is "ideal for small vehicles" however, if you are driving anything other than the smallest of tiny cars, this parking space is not for you! I parked here and ended up with a scratch on my car trying to negotiate the tiny space. I had to park with the rear of the car on the sidewalk which is definitely not ideal! I was running late and could not find an alternative parking space. I think the owner of the space should include the actual width of the parking space for drivers to check if their cars would fit it.

The length of this parking space is not really the problem, but the width is! The space is really narrow and the hedge running down the whole of one side was scratching the side of my car as I tried to park so I had to go and park somewhere else. I'd say this space is suitable for extra small cars or those that you are not worried about getting scratched.

The driveway is beyond small!! It didnt fit 1/3 of our Audi A1 which was just left hanging over the pavement. Also no need to pay for parking at the weekend as it is free in the local area.

It was a really tight space and I was able to fit my vehicle in amidst the scratches to the left side of my car; Might have been my conscious self not wanting to block the entrance to the owner's front gate. I would have felt comfortable leaving my car but was waiting for a child's birthday party which was going to last one hour, so I hung around.

A little snug on the width

The space is very small even for my Polo. It's more suitable for a Aygo or a Fiat 500. The hedge at the side isn't ideal either. I was also told that street parking is available in Colliers Wood.

Parking space was tight even for my small Toyota (had to pull in one wing mirror to be as close as possible to the bush one side to not hit the wall on the other) - that said, still totally possible to park, easy to find and seemed safe! Maybe not for anything larger than a Toyota Yaris.
