Car park was completely full. And asked as reception and the lady said it’s first come first served and had no idea about this app or the parking situation. Missed half of the event at excel. Do not use this spot it a complete waste of time.

Never made it to the parking space !!. The post code given is to random !, we were taken to the opposite end of Excel. Then we were ushered into Excels parking area and had to pay again. Not happy.
