Booked the drive from 6pm on a Friday until 1pm on the following Monday as our hotel stated it had limited spaces available and I didn't want to risk not having somewhere to park. The space was not even a 5 minute walk to our hotel which was great.
We arrived quite a bit after 6pm due to the distance we travelled and traffic however, the space was easy to find.
There were a few parked cars on the street outside so I reversed on to the drive which was quite easy (my car is a fiesta) and we left it parked there the whole weekend as we chose to use public transport during our stay.

you need to cross a shared drive to get tp the parking space and I was concerned that a resident's car may park - thankfully this did not happen.

Really convenient for Premier Inn Hendon, it was just a bit tricky reversing into the space as my car is quite big and other cars were parked very close to the entrance of the driveway. However, I would recommend to others

Very easy to find and a 5 minute walk from the premier inn we stayed at. Good space and would use it again.
