There should be some instructions so you know to enter car registration to get back in as a pedestrian.
Exiting barrier didn't open when pressing barrier open in app, but did eventually get out - not obvious but there's a help button on a pole after you are under the exit shutter but still stuck behind the barrier.

Parking spots were available but impossible to get into (some literally!!). Not at all clear where I could park, only 'just park' sign pointed to a flooded underground car park

it was in a very Nice location. IT was walking distance to the centrum. Only when we wanted to exit the garage the barrier won’t Open Directlly. IT took around 1,5 minutes to open.

It was easy to locate with clear instructions. The car park was clean and well lit.Access on foot was very good and convenient. There were disabled parking bays which were easy to find. Overall, a great experience, would highly recommend.

We arrived back at our car 5 mins before our paid-for exit time. However, there are no exit signs in this complex multi-story park and it took us at least 10 minutes to find the exit and when we eventually did we had to pay an extra £30 to leave the park, which is completely unreasonable.
