Apex Parking - Victoria Car Park

Really good parking option for central London. Good value for money although access via the back stairs is in a bit of a state. Terrible smell from stagnant water.

Clear instructions to book and pay. Easy to find the location. Nearby where I wanted to be. The parking options to choose on map was very helpful. Very great deal. I used Just Park two days in row. Definitely will use again in the future. Highly recommend.

All really good & easy, my only negative was that the Exit wasn't very clearly sign posted around the car park. A couple of clear signs would make it ideal.

just park need to update their instructions on how to register your car on arrival at Apex

The only problem is locating the reception guy, who is working remotely. Apparently, when you book, you need to check in with him, but he is not there to check you in. The only option is to call through the payment machine for help, and someone will respond… which is confusing and inconvenient.

The barrier system is not the best. Would be easier if the open barrier button acctually worked

Not really signposted outside. Inside there were so many signs for different companies I wasn't sure I was in the right place. There were a couple of signs that Said APEX parking but had specific number plates on them. No directions to a specific area. Difficult to navigate driving inside, no clear directional arrows. Had to call to find out where to park. Couldn't find the pedestrian exit, again not signposted anywhere, wandered around getting distressed for about 10 mins, couldn't find any signs or parking attendant. Called again, unhelpful, just kept telling me there was an attendant. Eventually found my way out through an unmarked, random door. On return was okay until I tried to find the way out, again, no signposts or directional arrows. Found the exit then they tried to charge me again for parking and the attendant eventually let me out. Not happy at all.
