The bay was to small I could only find one I had to park so close to the RR I had to get out my passenger door

There are no spaces reserved for Just Park and there were no spaces available when we arrived. The theory of "just park anywhere" obviously can't work in a full carpark, the staff were rude and it made us late for our restaurant booking. Don't use this carpark if you have to rely on a space being available:(

when I arrived at the parking it was cordoned off as the parking place was full. a gentleman came out and said there no spaces at all. I would like to request a full refund bof monies paid.

Almost no parking available for our car, even though we pre-booked a day in advance.
Parking spots were all extremely small. No lift access and had to carry a baby, toddler and a stroller down and up flights of stairs. Wouldn't use again.

Could not find a parking space literally full up considering I booked and reserved a spot, I spoke to the guy cleaning the cars he said park anywhere the only place which was available was a disabled bay
