I paid £20 for overnight parking, but we still had to pay the full £40 again upon leaving as this booking did not work.

On arrival at the exit barrier I was told I had an unpaid fee of £57. This was incorrect, and quickly resolved via the intercom at the barrier, but slightly inconvenient and alarming.
