Barrier didn't recognise me when I tried to leave. Try to change me double what I'd already paid. Then had to reverse down the entire to find a parking attendant to explain and let me out.

I was unable to get out of the car park because the ANPR system did not work. I rang the JustPark number and the system sent me a passcode. IT WAS INCORRECT on 2 levels. 1] The car park at the Barbican does not use passcodes and 2] The passcode I was sent by JustPark was the code for the car park I had used 8 days earlier. WHAT A MESS!!!

Very easy to book via the app and a much better price than on-the day charges.
You lose 3 stars for not giving enough information about the car park, i.e where exactly it is situated, the kinds of available spaces (space wise) and the ease of getting through the barriers at the entrance/exit.
I have an executive saloon, so it was very hard getting into the car park and getting out, I scraped my bumper on the barrier.
Also for certain car parks you should add extra guidance notes on how to exit the car park on foot. Or what to do when the building the car park is associated with is closed. Luckily there was someone in the car park at 6am to tell me how to get out on foot.
