Arrival went fine with automatic barriers readin number plate and letting me in. Plenty of available spaces and Car was fine over weekend. Only issue was on leaving when it wouldnt let me out and claimed there was £66 due to pay. Had to go to the office and show I had already pre paid and was told its an issue with just park and the car park is used by different operators. Made no sense and ruined what should have been an easy straighforward process.

Got held up on exit as barrier said I owed £6. Took quite a while to get sorted. Car park was also a bit isolated and not sure I would choose it as a woman alone again. Booking side and directions were fine though.

I prebooked the parking, but on the way out it didn't recognise the booking (despite being sent a receipt and money went out of my account) so we had to pay again for the parking. I sent few emails explaining the situation but no response at all. I will not be pre booking again
