There were no instructions given as to how to leave the parking structure, so I assumed my registration would be recognised as I left. It was not. The barrier wouldn't lift. I had to call for help and a long queue formed behind me. Very stressful.

The automatic exit barrier didn't recognise I had paid via JustPark (even though I had provided my vehicle registration), causing confusion and delay in exiting, much to my frustration and to the queue of cars behind me.

When leaving, they asked for money again, I had to give the appointment reference and I think they should have known from the registration, it was a bit annoying.

Felt very safe there, bit of a walk to get out. Only problem was the ANPR wasn't working and there was a long line of cars all having to call the intercom and read out reference numbers one by one so took a long time to get out.
