Chelsea Cloisters - Sloane Avenue Car Park Pre Book

I've used JustPark several times and only had one bad experience - the parking was in a basement below a bank with no lighting, no markings and no signs to get out!

Fast and efficient

The parking area was absolutely full and they said there is no checking from just park to check that they actually have spaces before accepting bookings. Communication needs to improve it was not a positive experience.

Second time of using this valet car park. Booked parking two days prior to trip to town. On arrival at 10:30am Friday 17/1/25 found the car park was chocca. Left keys with attendant. On return found my car had been parked outside on a pavement out of view and unsecured. I presume it had been left there all day in plain sight. What is the point of booking secure valet parking if the car is moved to an unsecured location on the public street!? I could have parked it at my risk on the street at a far lower cost. Cowboys!

parking was great and efficient, however on return we where told our vehicle was outside!!!! I paid for secure, attended parking in an underground car park. I did not expect our car to be left outside on the street for the night. a little disappointed to be honest, I could have found a parking space myself, sorry, won't be parking here again

Someone was in my space. I was allocated another space over a mile away. I could drop my (disabled) mother in law and wife off at the royal Albert Hall and go to the space but after the show we couldn't hail a cab and she ended up having to walk all the way. Very disappointed, made the evening difficult. There was no follow up - seems like there is no accountability when this sort of thing happens
