Parking on Scarborough Street, E1

Very good space. Only one thing to mention. It is much closer to tower hill station. Only 6 min walk not 14 like showed on just carpark website

I made a booking on the 22nd of August 2024. 0630 hrs - 1700 hrs there was a vehicle already parked in the space. I had to arrange another parking space through this app. I would like to be refunded? I have time stamped photo evidence if needed. could you please respond

Excellent. Very easy to find location and not too costly.

Parking was not cheap and the spot was hard as hell to find.

I arrived to my spot to find another car in it. After 5-10 minutes I managed to get hold of the space owner who told me to park on another persons drive. I didn't feel to comfortable with this as it wasn't the spot I paid for so wasn't 100% if my car was going to be okay there for example clamping my car. I then received text from the owner saying I will have to move at some point. This was my girlfriend's birthday weekend so we had a lot planned, I said to the owner I will move it in the morning before 10. Where I was staying was about a 10 minute walk from the spot so in the morning I got up before we were due to go out and went to move it only to find that another car was in the spot I was supposed to move to. At this point I was getting annoyed as I had taken time out of my weekend break to move my car only to find another one there. I rung the owner of the space and his reply was "the other people have arrived so you don't need to move it" well this was too late as I was stood outside my car and the spot. I was quite annoyed as for half the weekend I was constantly worried about my car and if it was going to be okay.

Small space, think you'd struggle getting out with a big car but great for my little car

The directions to the street were good but it was unclear where the space was. The picture isn't a good representation of the actual space and the description mentions some wording on the garage door that wasn't there. The space itself was very tight with a wall either side and was difficult to exit the car once parked. I felt the price was reasonable for the location, I wouldn't use again though because of the difficulties incurred - I still don't know if I parked in the right space! I tried to call the owner of the space via the app but I received no reply or call back.
