Safe parking but only for smaller cars and due to the tree roots lifting the leading edge of the drive, scrapped the bottom of my car getting on and off the drive. Maybe not an issue to small SUV's. Tree restricts car width.

Great location to Olympia, but there is a tree in the middle of the driveway which doesn't show properly in the photo. Luckily we drive a small car but anything much bigger anyone would struggle.

the space is quite narrow because there's a tree in the drive but it's absolutely fine and a quiet neighbourhood so it felt very safe.
