Intercom is broken and gate is left open. Could potentially arrive and there be no spaces.
Luckily someone left as I arrived otherwise there would have been no where to park and no way of contacting anyone without the intercom.

Very cramped car park, with work vans in the way making it hard to manoeuvre. Space I was given was actually a ramp in front of a gate.

Allow extra time. The front forecourt on which the parking is seems to be often full of contractors' vehicles and it takes the staff a while to locate them to get the vans moved to free up a space.
