Despite our reservation there were NO spaces available. We had to hover near the car for fear of being clamped for not being in a proper space - most stressful and unsatisfactory.

The car park is vey poorly lit, nobody appears to take any notice of the designated parking spaces which are too small for the average car
It is obviously being used as a public convenience during the quiet periods
The shutter to gain access is permanently open

I booked a space at this car park but when I got there no spaces were available. I had to find alternative parking at the last minute and just park wouldn't refund me for the space I couldn't use through no fault of my own. I have parked here previously and it is a terrible car park but close to Marsden hospital.

When I arrived at 10:45, I didn't need the entry number, the gate was open and the carpark full. Two other cars arrived after me having a problem parking. I managed to squeeze in, but I was not happy at all.

Location was good, but garage is smelly, dirty, was full of rubbish and stank of urine. Parking spaces left alot to be desired, almost like a child had drawn squiggly lines.
