Really good. First time. Very well run and organised

TENTERDEN STREET WAS SIGN POSTED AS NO ENTRY TO CARS CAN YOU ASSURE ME THIS WILL NOT LEAD TO A FINE AS THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY IN.

Poor instruction felt like trapped and no information how to get out of the parking basement and fire escape stairs locked.

The parking is in a great location and easy to find. Space no. 1 is perfect and big enough for larger vehicles.

Excellent service and all very easy. Although the satnav link takes you to a dead end (bollards) and you to come around the other way.

Great parking spot, would use again.

Super secure in the middle of Oxford Street, bit difficult to find as street looked pedestrianised but would highly recommend if you are visiting the theatre.

Code provided for second barrier did not work - could not use parking

Height limit set for the car park is fine on entry but there were no signs or notices about lower height limits with the parking bays. Building Manager said it was at my own risk the damage that was cause whilst parking my vehicle.
