I wish i could give zero stars! I made a booking for 12:20 to park my car in front of this persons drive way and I arrived at 12:15 and there was a construction van in my parking spot. I called the owners and knocked on their door as I was running late for my appointment. Luckily a neighbour came out and the van belonged to him to which he moved it promptly after i explained that I booked this parking spot. I parked in front of the parking spot as I did not want to risk getting blocked in by another van and left ample room for the car in the drive to move in and out. At 3:30 my friends and I returned to my car and as I was about to get into my car the owner of the parking spot ran up to me and said ‘Do you know how stupid you are?’ I was taken aback and asked her to explain what she meant. She shouted at me for parking infront of her drive and when i showed her my booking she grabbed my phone and continued to shout saying how she struggled to park her car in the drive. I apologised for causing her inconvenience but also explained that i don’t want to risk being blocked in by another van. She continued to swear and shout at me and when i said that i needed to leave she refused to let me go. I ended up feeling really angry and upset about how i was spoken too. I really do not recommend using this parking as you risk being harassed. Additionally, she left note on my car that she quickly removed once she shouted at me. I felt really annoyed that she was touching my car without my consent. I had paid £12 to park their for 3 hours. Never again!

Great parking space if you don't want to be in the crowds. Few minutes to Alexander Palace.
Friendly lady and will do anything to help.
