Dreadful and horrific Experience.
Booked the space the previous night. After driving an hour and a half, the space was not available as the driveway was full. I contacted the owner numerous times via WhatsApp, text and phone and had no response. I had to quickly drive off and try and find alternative parking which as anyone who lives in Colindale knows, is virtually impossible. It meant I was late for my graduation ceremony. I then get a response from the owner almost 6 hours later apologising. No use to me at this point. Has put me off using Just Park!
My impression is that locals have learnt that this driveway is not monitored and therefore park their vehicles there. This driveway should be removed off Justpark's listings.
