On exit a family were walking down the middle of the exit as I drove up . Signage isn't great to be fair .

The entrance and the exit from the parking are very narrow (170-180 cm). If you're not confident in driving, maybe it's not for you. I understand the lack of space regarding the whole location.
The location is really easy to find. Around 7 mins walk from the Tower Bridge
It was safe to leave the car and walk around the area even at night.

The parking at St Catherine's is great. Spaces are tight but 90% of the time people respect this and park well. Cost has gone up but it is still good value for London parking.

the spaces are way too small for a large estate car, I have a Volvo V90, also stated a security guard was on site, there was no sign of any security.
Both barriers were broken, it states it as "secure parking", it's far from secure as anyone can get down there.
overall not impressed.
