Despite being charged for a Just Park parking space there were no Just Park spaces available. Just Park oversold the spaces. What should have been a memorable weekend was overshadowed by Just Park's error. No refund forthcoming despite refunding other customers who were also put in the same situation in the same car park. All we were offered was a voucher code when using them next time. We will not be needing this as we will never use this company again.. Just Park have charged us for what? We have endeavoured on several occasions to resolve this issue with them unsuccessfully.

Great access to major London attractions at a very affordable price. I used this spot to park up for two days and it proved to be the best decision I’ve taken as it helped me and my family navigate around without having to worry about parking. The only thing you need to be aware is that the bays are quite narrow so it’ll surely test your parking and flexing skills. Well manned and security cams on operation for peace of mind. Def recommend!

Very tight car park, had to climb through passenger side to get into my car. Otherwise good and convenient parking for London. Would use again, advise you take a small vehicle and not a SUV.

When we arrived there were no spaces free and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone else to leave. There was a car (LD12 FNH) which was poorly parked and taking two bays (I have taken a photo if required).

Paid but there was no available bays to park in so had to park elsewhere. Just park is a good system for finding car parks but on this occasion there was no bays

Despite booking a space and arriving 30 minutes after the start time, there were no spaces available. I had to wait around and eventually someone vacated so I could park.
I tried to contact Just Park but there isn’t an easy way to speak to someone.
