Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. When I arrived some other car was parked in the space.The owner didn't pick up the phone, had to quickly find some other parking bay. It cause me so much stress and almost one hour late for work.
Also no response from refund team.
Disappointed.

Access instructions said there would be a cone with a yellow reflective number 3 to identify the spot but the cone in the space did not have that, so I identified the space from the fact it was 4th from the high wall. Not really a problem but it was a little confusing
