Parking on Turnberry Quay, E14

This has been an unfortunate experience for me. Since I parked for two consecutive days, I have now received two separate fines. JustPark has yet to respond to my request regarding the appeal process. Given that I followed their instructions and still faced these penalties, I am once again requesting a full refund of my parking fees.

Please do not choose to park here again. This is a frustrating and misleading trap. I followed JustPark’s instructions and paid the parking fee through their platform. However, the on-site management company had no record of my payment or registration, which resulted in me receiving a parking fine stating that I had not paid. I immediately reported this issue to JustPark for follow-up, but unfortunately, today I received a rejection of my appeal. Since I made my payment to JustPark as instructed but still faced penalties due to their system failure, I now request a full refund for the two days of parking fees I paid. To avoid unnecessary trouble for other drivers, I strongly advise staying away from this location.

Good instructions, sensible cost . Will use again.

We have received a PCN. No help from just park already forwarded the parking ticket to help email provided by just park no response. Stay away from this parking it could effect your mental health. Avoid Just park too.

It was easy to find my place not had any problem.

Easy to find - excellent parking space

Arrived on time but an Audi was using the space. Tried to call the owner but mobile was off. Had to find more expensive parking. Space is useless don't use.

I've received a parking fine for parking correctly and within the alloted time. My appeal with proof of paid parking has been rejected as Horizon Parking (the company managing the parking in the estate) claim "Unfortunately, it is not under the remit of Horizon Parking Ltd to add contractors/visitors/staff of the car parks to the exemption list unless authorised directly by management/reception" Utter incompetence from at least one end or both.  

Received a PCN from the parking management company with photos of my car entering and leaving the area within the time I had paid for. Appealed against it which was easy enough, didn't appreciate the hassle and waiting to hear back from them within their stated 35 days!
