Give the car park a call when you're around 20 minutes away. Drive to the Short Stay car park, hand over your keys at the Purple desk and a member of the team will park your car while you walk to the terminal.
When you get back, collect your luggage, call the car park and walk back there to collect your car.

No wait guarantee
This car park comes with a ‘No Wait Guarantee'. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50% and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back.
This guarantee applies as long as:
The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical, fuel.
There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.
Returning to a different terminal?
No problem. Add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.

In 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. This is part of an initiative to help tackle air pollution.
If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.
Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
All airport fees are included.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
