Great parking spot in Bow area , secure and spacious

Parking on Twelvetrees Crescent, E3 52 Twelvetrees Crescent, London, E3 3GT I booked this parking space from 4.30pm to 11.30pm after driving from Dorset to an event in London. I returned to collect my car at 10.15 pm only to find the parking lot locked and nobody around, on my paperwork it said there would be a security guard on site and this was not the case despite shouting banging the fence shaking the gate nobody was to be seen. I had no choice but to walk back to the venue I had come from get a phone number for a taxi befre we left in a taxi we went back to the parking lot just incase somebody had turned up but sadly not so set about trying to find accommodation for the night and we found a Travel lodge for the, I had two of my children and a Son in law with me so we needed to book two rooms. Thankfully there was a car wash on the site so I was able to get my car when they opened Sunday morning. I was less than impressed as I had a commitment in Dorset for 10am Sunday morning. So my evening ended up costing me for two taxis night time and morning and £198 for two Travel lodge rooms, That I will certainly be seeking a refund for. I notice it says Shaun on the top of this review not sure why as i made the booking in my name and he was not with me it might have been less stressful if he was. Debbie.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

Was easy to find with the postcode and easy to park. Perfect for the ABBA voyage location. We were running a bit late so got an Uber which took 4 minutes and then walked back which took 20 mins. Would recommend and would use again. Thank you!
