Height restriction of 1.88m and exits are tight. NOT suitable for SUVs

Spaces are available:
- 06:00am - 00:00am Monday-Friday
- 07:00am - 00:00am Saturday & Sunday

Overnight parking is available, however you will be unable to access your vehicle when the car park is closed.

You may only enter or exit the car park ONCE during your booking.

Please ensure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly as the car park barrier uses it to grant access.

I pre booked my parking and saw a sign that said the car park would be closed the following day (having already paid/booked). Following this, i contacted just park who told me that they would sort the situation out and let me know should anything need to be addressed as my car was already parked. I then returned to collect my car the following day and the car park was completely locked with no vehicle access or pedestrian and therefore myself and my girlfriend could not even sit in the car while I sorted this out. I contacted Just park and spoke to Lauren who provided me with the phone number for National theatre, at this moment i advised her that I had already made efforts to use this number but I could not get through as it was a Sunday and they were closed. Lauren told me it would work. It did not. I then called again and spoke to a man who did not tell me his name and he said that he had spoken to someone at the theatre who would come and meet me. They did not come. I then searched around the theatre which was closed as it was Sunday and went into the film studios who advised me that they maybe able to find a way of me meeting the security team for the national theatre. The security from the film studios helped me make contact with national theatre security team who managed to unlock the car park. My girl friend who has a history of health problems had to wait outside in the cold for around 2 hours with a chest infection while this got sorted by myself and not from the support of the just park team. I was left frustrated that I was charged for parking even though I could not get my car. It was from poor communication between the national theatre and just park. I understand that just park is the booking platform. However I should not have been sold the parking space with the following day being locked.

The thought of parking in London was a little daunting for me but using you made the whole experiance easy. Contact to say we could park, contact when it was due to expire. Would definately recommend.

Just a little disappointed that the charge rate was higher than the actual car park itself. It would have been cheaper to just turn up and pay as I went.

Turns out the venue was shut when we went to collect our car. They had their annual fire inspection. Walked round the building countless times trying to find a way in. Spent ages trying to reach people on the phone to get assistance. Took us an hour to find a human being with whom we had to negotiate and get them to unlock gates and allow us to leave. JustPark, so they said, should have known about this and rejected our booking. Absolutely shocking.

All access to the car park was still locked at 10:30 on Sunday morning. There is no indication when making the booking that I would be unable to collect my car. Security cannot help.
