Parking on Vaughan Way, E1W

People came out threatening the police and towing of my car away. Said the estate has a problem with rogue spaces being rented out. I needed to get to work so was forced to book another space on the fly - a few mins away - as would nit have been safe or palatable to stick around - domestic living disputes - nothing to do with me etc. space owners phone disconnected so can't contact him. space is super snug anyway (unless you have a really tiny car) and instructions to find it not clear. requested a refund.

10/10 would book again if required

Very unsafe. On the second time it was awful. I don't recommend. The fact that I feel unsafe parking my car there before the booking start should be enough for everyone for a refund. Last time wasn't like that. Also the owner phone number it's unregistered in the network. Very bad experience and a refund should be issued period. And I arrived to the parking wasn't like I was 30 miles away, I was at the parking. You said to make it fair for the owner and me. Definitely it's no fairness for me and it feels that's about loosing comisions not listening to your customers concerns. From the tree fallwing branches and bird dropping even in out space plus people shouting and giving you a feel like get your thing and get lost it's very bad. Very bad service and experience!

The space is under a tree. When I came back one corner of my car was completely covered in bird poo. Caked on an splattered. Maybe they could leave a car cover??? Not the space owner's fault but something to be aware of.

could not gain access as the event I was attending closed all the roads in the area spent over half an hour trying to find a way to get around it no joy so had to book somewhere else on the day at extra cost

Great spot

Great spot, only 12 minutes fast-walk to Tower of London. Suggest leave 30 minutes for a stroll there. Park is off-steet, nice location, shady tree. Little tricky to find the house number, but the photos were a great resource to check we were in the right location. Fit our large 7 seater station wagon. Excellent spot. Good rate. Highly recommend.
