Park Plaza Victoria Car Park

I booked to park over night at the Park Plaza Victoria carpark. The postcode was accurate and the description of access to the carpark was vIa a car lift was also accurate. However it was extremely difficult to find. There are no obvious sings from the road that there is a carpark near by. Nothing. i drove around the hotel 3 or four times without seeing a carpark sign. Eventually i pulled into the front entrance of the hotel, which is neither an obvious pull in or looks anywhere near like its permissible. There was two lift entrances only visible once inside the hotel area but neither was indicated carpark. i had to abandon the car on a throughfair to ask if these lift doors where to the carpark. The staff member outside the hotel was unaware of Just park, but directd me to a call button. The guy on the intercom made me hold my booking ref to the camera, muttered that looks about right and opened the lift door. To orientate the car to get in the lift is difficult and space is tight and the lift is barely wide enough. There was plenty of scratch marks on the sides of the lift. Down three levels you enter a car park, which has about 10 spaces, looks nothing like a public car park and is otherwise full of hotel eqipment. I parked, still very unsure. Couldnt find my way back into the hotel, the lifts to the hotel are in another part of the basement and a member of staff that was milling around had to show me how to get out of the carpark. Still unsure i went to the desk. The chap on reception asked if id booked through Just Park. he said it was correct for me to park there even though it looked essentaillay liked id parked in a loading area. He said that this is a regular issue with Just park customers and said i don't know why they dont make it clearer. So all in all a very confusing and stressfull way to park the car. there deifianetly needs to be much better instructions in g=how to reach this non descript lift door. It was an awful experience trying to find it.

Great parking in the centre of London. Reasonably priced. Easy access to local hotels.

Unsure if a large car would fit in the lift

Easy to use and find

There was no signage for the carpark. i had to park in the road and go into the Hotel reception to find out that I needed to go into a goods lift to get to the carpark.

Very dirty, the hotel was storing construction material everywhere. Was hard to get into the car due to this. I couldn’t pull all the way into a space because of drywall leaned against the walls.

Great secure car park, just a little scary that the car goes in a lift!

Very strange experience getting a car lift down to the parking garage, but very easy and had no issues, would have been better with some clearer instructions about where to go, but after we found out it was underneath the hotel all good, easy enough to get in and out, recommend this place to parln

The parking was good and very convenient. Only one downside is after our car was park it was slightly difficult to find the way out.

I found it incredibly hard to find entrance as I was looking fir a sign (none) but otherwise was happy with convenience of the system but please put a sign up as this is on a double red line so unable to stop and look
