There is no height restriction (this is an open air surface car park) but the entrance is narrow so will not be able to accommodate large vans.

This car park is open 24/7.

There was no space for me to park my car

I parked here as I needed to be close to St Pancrase/Kings Cross which it is. Unfortunately I was not aware that the space is just inside the congestion zone so having made it to central London without going in the congestion zone I was forced to pay an additional £15 to the government. Something to be aware of as I now realise there were other spaces nearby that were slightly more expensive that would have worked out cheaper. Secondly due to a van being parked in one of the spaces at this location I was forced to squeeze into a corner next to the van that required me to drive over a raised drain causing damage to the underside of my vehicle. I would not book this location again.

The parking space was small. The drainage iron on the floor pulled off my car bumper. please the floor needs to be fill up with concrete cement. thanks

Absolutely disappointed and would never use the app again.I paid for 3 days just in the car park got 2 penalty tickets which the council didn't acknowledge and said they are not responsible for the app and the app itself has nothing to do with the council as apart from £80 for parking for 3 days I paid another £130 for two penalty tickets

Difficult to find; scruffy space with No Signs for JustPark or anything. Old wire fence with gate falling off. Due a refund please ! Martin Dennison

I was unable to get my van out of the Car Park this afternoon as another car had parked too close. I returned later this evening and it was still there. Your chatbot said I should contact the land owner to get assistance but there was no indication as to who that was on the Receipt as claimed by your Chatbot. Your office was closed this evening so I had no choice but to leave the vehicle there and return to Newport. I am unable to come back to try and collect the van until Monday since there’s no guarantee that the car won’t still be there tomorrow. and if it is I will come back to London to try and access the van. In the circumstances I don’t intend to pay for the extra stay due to the fact that you have chosen not to provide any support this evening.

Was very difficult place to park, prob only room for 3 cars and when I arrived 3 cars already parked very very badly so near on impossible to get into the space against the wall! Took me 20 mins to get into the space and I felt very worried leaving my car there
