Terrible. Instructions for satnav took us through express set down (£7 charge). No clear signage as to where to park. Hotel concierge not interested. On returning from our flight entered car reg in payment machine expecting it to say £0 but it said £35. Had to pay it otherwise facing a £100 fine. Had already paid £25 to JustPark. £67 to park for a day. Very expensive experience

Very easy to get to the airport and find the car park. Only a few minutes walk away from the terminal.
There's lots of online discussions about where and where not to park in the car park which I think causes confusion. If you just go in and park you'll be fine.

The app is very good booking easy. At stansted airport
However the directions through the app are appauling. They take you to the yellow car park not the hotel. These need to be updated immediately
