Instructions a bit confusing. By asking ' did we find our space ' almost suggest A Space would be booked for us! The satnav instructions pretty confusing! Could have been so much simpler. We worried about driving in 5 .I Tues too early. We worried about whether we could drop pax on circular but by hotel entrance whilst we went to park car. Your Just Park signage was nowhere to be seen. Just a few suggestions for you. Providing we don't get billed for any of the above all was good and we'd use that park and you again. Thanks.

The parking space was not as shown within your APP which was confusing. Managed to resolve after speaking with various attendants but was unnerving and took an extra 15 minutes which could have affected our flight.

Wasn't sure if I could park in any space at Radison Blue Stansted but I have a blue badge so parked in disabled bay no tickets so all good Just think if it's a multiple car park you should just be clear that we can park anywhere or a designated space But booking procedures and price was great Thank you I've told all my friends to use your app

The link in my email took me to the yellow parking by the Raddisson Blu. At the barrier the lady on the intercom couldn't find my booking. I have her my details and reference number and there was much confusion. She eventually let me in. I had the same issue on the way out, with the guy on the intercom telling me I shouldn't be in there. Eventually he let me out saying he'd sort if 'on this occasion' as if I'd done something wrong. Apparently that is priority parking and should have cost more. We either had the wrong directions in the first place, or the lady on the barrier shouldn't have let me in and directed me to a different car park. It's not what you need after a long journey in both directions. It's meant to be simple!

I couldn’t find my parking space so I didn’t get to park in it. It needs to be improved to make it work for me. I went to the correct entry point and the barrier did not open - I thought the camera would read my number plate as you have to give your registration number when booking. I then used the intercom and spoke to somebody and said I’d booked a parking space with just park and I was going to the Radisson blue hotel and they said I’d gone to the wrong place!! I’ve since looked on the map that I was sent by Justpark and can see I did in fact go to the right entry point. As I was unable to get to my parking space I feel I should be reimbursed as I was not given access at the barrier even though I was at the correct entrance.
