I pay for my parking but when i try to get out the barrier did not open and i had to go back to pay station and by the time i did all of this and they open the barrier for me took around 15 minutes
The parking was very easy but to be able to get out was trouble

Maybe better signage for lifts and pedestrian entrances. If not familiar with the area around Smithfield it can be a bit confusing

There is a very pungent smell in this under used car park. Plenty of parking spaces but lift not working an rats running around when we got back!
