Spaces quite small, not easy to leave due to lack of JustPark integration with their ANPR system. Same as other reviewers I found it's not that easy to leave with a JustPark booking as the barrier won't register automatically. I had to use the barrier intercom to speak to an attendant, who looked up my JustPark booking with the booking number. Parked here on a winter weekday evening and there were lots of spaces, but my full size SUV wouldn't have fit well in a space if the car park was busy. Pedestrian exit stairwell smelled strongly of stale urine.

The Barrier did not work on the way in and on the way out, it did not work again and we had bad customer service from the man from the pressed the buzzer for help

Some difficulty leaving and being asked to go back and pay despite the parking booking covering the full period. Bit stressful as a queue of cars ended up waiting for me as I was trying to leave and waiting for the guard to help.

I couldn't get out of the barrier and had to turn around on the ramp and then go and find parking customer services. They then took another 5 minutes to check my parking reference and told me to then buzz them when at the barrier to be let out. I may as well just have paid on foot!
