We used Just Park to find 24h parking in Paddington, London. Easy to use app and we found very convenient parking 1min walking distance from our destination. It cost us £26 for 24h which I thought it was a reasonable price to pay in that area.

Car park was full. We had to try & find another space on a busy Saturday afternoon. STILL waiting for the £5 insurance we paid to be refunded 1 month AFTER this happened. We booked the space 5 weeks in advance. Very poor customer support from Just Park

I arrived to find there was no parking available. The hotel were of no help as they has used my spot and I was left to find parking elsewhere. I booked well in advance as I knew I would be in a rush and it caused me to be late.

I booked a space which turned out to be double booked (I booked this 6 months ago).I then book another space over a mile away , got there and that was double booked. Made the whole evening a disaster in central London. I only got a refund for one space. Poor company, do not use.

Wonderful place. I was nervous about leaving my car in a number of places I looked at around. With this there was no need, it's right in front of the hotel and the staff were so friendly. I will book again.

Very good space and felt comfortable leaving vehicle.
Only slight gripe was I found it challenging to find as it's tucked in on a one way system.
Top tip - if using Google/Apple maps search for the actual hotel as opposed to using the postcode.
