Novotel Excel London Car Park

Very hard to find unless you know where it is Little bit confusing when you get to the car park Not sure where to park because just park had no signs where to park On the way back had to go to reception to get ticket checked But good space nice and big Overall ok

we had to wait to get in even though there were spaces inside

Very easy to use and cheep for parking in Docklands

Found that the parking had been over subscribed so no longer available and to top it off have a "no waiting" ticket created from waiting to get into the hotel car park. Not impressed. We were refunded the parking charge.

The staff in the Novotel were absolutely lovely firstly! I have a large SUV and was a real squeeze getting in the entrance and exit, scraping my wheel ache unfortunately. Spaces within the car park were a good size but be careful driving in and out of the car park

Was very easy to book an advance booking as it’s convenient to be assured you’re covered. Also the extra insurance policy for car damage protection is a plus point.

Easy to locate and great location for Excel and also the Passport office Very tight entrance had to bring my mirrors in. Cars are getting too big now !!! All day rate at hotel is £ 25 or £ 5.00 per hour. Don't mind paying a bit more for convenience but I paying more and a fee on top of!!

Easy parking

Although a tight car park, easy to find and right on the door on the Excel Centre. Easy to validate parking in reception upon return.
