Canary Riverside Car Park

The car park that I booked did not accept the booking from JustPark back and I realised this when I was getting out from the car park at the exit as I was denied and then I had to be on the call with the just park team for more than half an hour to sort this out with my one-year old baby. The customer support as well is really pathetic and they are not supportive as well. I had to call them at least four times to get a resolution and at the end the resolution was - I need to figure out by myself, How do I get out from the car park and then send them a receipt so that they could refund my booking amount. I mean it's just pure harassment to the customer and we need to figure out by ourselves. If customer had to figure out by themselves I don't understand why do you even exist! How do we get out when the car park assistance team is saying you don't have a booking / we can't find any booking, so there was no point that we booked this parking from justpark by paying advance amount. This is a really really pathetic and horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone to visit just park any day and I would never ever use JustPark in the future.

Navigation to the area was ok. The app did not lead to the general location but did not lead to the actual location, which is at the lower level

It's a nightmare. The barriers to get in aren't clearly explained so there's one for residents and one for non residents. The attendant was in the loo so I had to wait!

The location instructions weren't clear and I parked at the wrong parking (there are two right next to each other - asked for a refund from Just Park but nothing so far...

I feel ripped off as I paid £15 when actually all I needed to pay was £8 as we left at 4.50pm. I won't be using this car park in hurry nor recommending it to friends and family!

Parking space is completely hidden and very confusing with another parking at the same spot! Also if you use justpark "get direction" it will take you to wrong parking place. Very very confusing. J end up paying £19 more to get out of wrong parking spot

barrier did not open so I had to pay twice. lift not working.

Not many spaces and cars parked really badly due to small spaces.

The location is a little complicated as its on an underground island, and there are other car parks close to it. Staff where very polite

justpark said drive straight in barrier didn't raise had to take a ticket and pay in full just park still took my money even though their service failed again they are useless
