Barrier would not open on arrival, no one attending the kiosk! Had to get a new ticket and park as if not prebooked, then on leaving guy in kiosk said drive to barrier and it would open. Again stuck holding up traffic exiting for nearly 10 mins

Passenger lift was "not available" & apparently has been/will be for some time - not just broken down, completely/permanently boarded up, not great for my wife with reduced mobility.
Tight vehicle entrances & ramps - perfectly doable with care in my Tesla model Y, but very wide vehicles could end up with kerb rash on your wheels.
Garage smelt of urine - probably because there's zero security to stop anyone wandering in form the streets. The security door was completely missing & also anyone can squeeze past the barriers.

struggled to find space wasted 30mins, very small space and on exit the barrier would not open. paid for 3hours parking spend nearly 45mins parking and exiting

Car park was easy to find, but difficult to get too, due to road works.
Parking spots were ample and big enough for our SUV.
I didn't feel safe parking there as there weren't any lights on the floors. It was all dark and you couldn't really see if someone was hiding there. As a woman, I didn't feel safe at all. Especially due to whole building being so dark, but there's no security or anyone at the bottom or outside, with it being in a back road. No one would even hear you scream coz it's tucked away.
The entire car park reeked of urine. All over the floors.
No lift, so I had to carry a newborn and a toddler down and up multiple flights of stairs.

Super easy. Great location. As soon as we arrived to the parking lot the gate opened automatically and same on departure.
