Q-Park Leicester Square Car Park

Super easy. Great location. As soon as we arrived to the parking lot the gate opened automatically and same on departure.

Had to call for assistance to get out as the machine would not read the qr code for the car in front of me and also my code.

Dear Q-Park Customer Service Team, I am reaching out regarding my recent booking at Q Park Leicester Square from 05:00 to 17:00 on Sunday, 27th October. Initially, I booked through your platform and paid £61.59. Due to an unexpected delay in my work schedule, I had to extend my stay by an additional four hours, which incurred a further charge of £40. To my dismay, I found that a colleague who booked directly through Q Park paid a total of £51 for a more extended period, from 05:00 until midnight. This discrepancy has left me feeling disappointed, especially given that I had no option to extend my time on an hourly basis. Could you please review my case? Given the unusual circumstances, I am hoping for a resolution that acknowledges this discrepancy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

This car park have been designed by a Batman villain. You would struggle to park a hot wheels car in its spaces.

I paid £55 to park from 1:30 - 7pm and when I left at 5pm, I was asked to pay another £40, or else it would not let me out of the car park. Disgusting daylight robbery.

The barriers were broken and it made for a very stressful experience

These spaces are super tight! I had to climb in and out the drivers window. Would not recommend this car park for old and certainly not disabled people. It may be a great location but the parking is expensive and not really enough room for the amount of spaces.

Easy Parking in the centre of London

We park every time we come to this theatre. Parking is fine, no entry or exit issues. Would recommend!
